Where can I buy your product?  Do you have a Peekaboo Beans store?
Peekaboo Beans can be purchased through select boutiques - please see our "find us" section to direct you to our current list of retailers.  We are launching our online sales in early Spring.  You can currently purchase select garments online through – e-tailers listed on the website or through your local Peekaboo Beans Play-Date Parties.  Distribution throughout Canada and the United States will continue to grow over the next year, so our list of retailers will continually be updated.

Where is your company located?
Born and raised in Vancouver! We are based out of Richmond, BC, Canada – host town of the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.  We have an amazing “Playgroup” and all our product development, design, shipping and operations are based from our corporate offices.  

Where is your product made? 
Our goods are manufactured by Allfit, a factory on the border of Hong Kong and China.  We take sincere care in selecting a factory that aligns with our core values.  We send team members each season to complete internal inspections.  The factories we choose are environmentally aware, focused on safety in dyes and materials, and are accountable in safety and human welfare.  We have produced goods in Vancouver in past seasons, but understanding to allow for growth, sustainability and to continually raise the bar in quality and fit we needed to expand our production resources.  We will continue to support local manufacturers, sewers and development tools for smaller runs and our uniform business.

Who is on the Peekaboo Beans team?
Our playgroup consists of 6 talented women.  Check our site for information on each team member. 

What is the fabric content of your garments and how should they be washed?
All our garments are made with 95% Cotton 5% Spandex.  All our garments can be washed and tumbled dry.  We suggest that you use a cool water wash and low dry.  It is always fundamentally better to use these procedures for longevity of a product.   All our garments are pre-washed so they will not shrink after the first washing.  If desired (But not necessary)!  Use a low iron.  Do not iron the care and content labels.  We design our garments, select fabrics and  manufacture quality pieces that stand up to toddlers heavy wear and tear,  and parents endless washing cycles, they are made to stand the test of time  and to be passed down to friends relatives and siblings.

What is your size range?
Our playwear is sized infant, 1-8.  We focus on toddlers and youngsters entering kindergarten as it is at this time when PLAY is a critical part of their days and their lives. The line is designed through the eyes of toddlers, where learning to dress, potty train and where comfort, ease, safety and versatility are all combined to make life a little easier for the little ones (and parents too)!  Our sizes are generous to allow for room to grow, but sleeves are designed so they roll up, and usable cotton drawstrings allow for pants to fit little waists and with adjustable pant lengths for versatility in sizing.

We have partnered with many local charities including, Re-Think Breast Cancer – supporting Mothers with Cancer, Success by 6 – providing early childhood development for children before the age of 6 and many other local charities – Check out the website for detailed information.
