Sale styles purchased during the Anniversary Clear Out Event are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges. This does not apply to styles marked with the black sticker "New Low Price". No Price Matching on sale items.
GENERAL EXCHANGE POLICY
We know buying for a growing Bean can be a challenge, which is why we make it easy. Enjoy one free exchange per original order! All items that are returned to Peekaboo Beans for an exchange must be unworn with original garment and hangtags attached, with the exception of Underbeans which are a final sale. Our exchange policy allows for one free exchange on an original purchase, within 45 days, for the same style in an alternate size or colour way. Additional exchanges on same order will subject to shipping charges. There are no exchanges on discontinued offline items, sale items, Underbeans or items that have been purchased outside of the peekaboobeans.com website.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
All returns must have a Peekaboo Beans issued Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before the item is sent back. Proof of payment is required with each item being returned. Outgoing shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no returns on discontinued offline items, sale items or items that have been purchased outside of the peekaboobeans.com website. We are not responsible and will not honor returns from third parties or resellers. Refunds will not take place until the garment has been returned to Peekaboo Beans. Gift cards may not refunded and are a final sale. If you are returning or exchanging an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods such as underwear. We do not accept returns for Annual Memberships.

We do our best to ensure our garments are the cream of the crop so you are giggling with glee upon receiving each order. In the event a defective bean slipped into your shipment, we'll replace it for FREE!

While we are passionate about the importance of unstructured play, especially when wearing our Beans, they do need to be handled and worn with care. Our Giggle Guarantee does not cover items damaged due to normal wear and tear Defective Beans may include but are not limited to: defective zippers, stitching or fabric flaws. If you are unsure if you have a defective Bean, please send us an email including defective beans pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 1-855-MyBeans.
It is at the Peekaboo Bean's discretion to determine if a requested replacement item falls within the Giggle Guarantee or if the damage is due to normal wear and tear.
Defective Bean requests must be made within 45 days of the original order date and will be replaced at no additional cost. If the exact replacement is not available, a similar item will be selected.
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Simply contact our customer care team via email, live chat or by calling and they will handle all the details. You will receive an RMA number and a return shipping label. If you choose to do an exchange for colour and/or size, we will pay for the return shipping. If you choose to return your item, we will deduct the shipping cost of $9.95 from your refund amount. Peekaboo Beans will happily refund you the original purchase price paid, including tax to your original form of payment within 45 days of your original order date. All returns must have a Peekaboo Beans issued Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before the item is sent back.
